Our assignment this time was to pick tree of Shakespeare's plays and design a book cover for them. The plays I selected were "Hamlet", "A Midsummer Night's Dream", and "As You Like It". I began by writing down words that I associated with each play, then I drew a few thumb nail ideas of the layout for each play. Above are my first sketched/thumbnails...
